Lead and Inquiry Privacy Policy

Who handles your information
Cheyne Casino, operating as Agentic Filipino in the Philippines, is responsible for personal information collected to handle prospective-client inquiries. Contact sales@agenticfilipino.com with privacy questions or requests.
This notice covers our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, website business-inquiry forms, and related email correspondence. It does not cover candidate applications or the processing of a client's customer data during a service engagement; those require separate notices or agreements.
Information we collect
We collect the name, email address, company name, description of the support you need, and any optional telephone number you provide. Depending on the website form, we may also collect your proposed budget or other business requirements. We retain correspondence needed to respond to your inquiry.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical information, or confidential customer or employee records in an inquiry.
Our website's hosting and advertising providers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, page visits, and advertising interactions. The construction landing page includes a Google Ads tag used for advertising measurement, including successful inquiry submissions. Google may use cookies or similar technologies. Your browser and platform privacy controls can affect these technologies. This notice does not itself constitute consent to optional tracking where consent is required.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, assess the requested workflow, discuss service availability and pricing, prepare a proposal, and follow up about that inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not purchase the pilot or authorize a payment.
Where applicable, processing is based on your request to take steps toward a service agreement, your consent, our legitimate interest in handling business communications and protecting our systems, or a legal obligation. You can ask us to stop inquiry follow-ups at any time. Any separate marketing subscription must have its own appropriate notice and choice.
Who receives it
The operator and service providers needed to receive, store, and respond to your inquiry may process your information:
- Meta receives information submitted through its Facebook or Instagram lead forms and processes platform information under its own privacy policy. Agentic Filipino can access submitted leads through its Page's lead-management tools.
- FormSubmit processes website form submissions and delivers them by email.
- Porkbun and Google/Gmail handle business email and forwarding. Website inquiries and email correspondence may be received in the operator's work Gmail inbox.
- Website hosting and Google advertising services process relevant technical information and measurement data.
Facebook leads are not necessarily delivered to email automatically; the delivery connection must be configured separately. We do not sell inquiry contact details. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal rights.
These providers may process information outside the Philippines, including in the United States. Their own policies describe their processing and controls: Meta Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, FormSubmit, and Porkbun.
Retention
We delete unsuccessful inquiry records from systems under our control within 12 months of the last substantive contact, unless an earlier valid deletion request applies or retention is necessary for a legal obligation or dispute. If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, we retain relevant records for the engagement and applicable legal recordkeeping period. Provider backups and independently controlled platform records may follow their own retention schedules.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may request access, correction, erasure or blocking, object to processing, withdraw consent for consent-based processing, and exercise applicable portability rights. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing. We may request proportionate information to verify a request before releasing or changing records.

Security and changes
No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please use the inquiry form only for the basic business details requested. Material changes to this notice will be identified with an updated effective date and additional notice where required.
